It is located at the northern very end of XiKang Lu just beside the bridge over Suzhou Creek. It is not far from ZhenPing Lu metro station of Line 3 or 4, but rather difficult to find.

It's like a typical big and old market (4 floors) with lots of CDs and DVDs. They have an extensive collection of foreign CDs. They are said to have Chinese as well, but I never found any. So don't expect to actually find what you are looking for. ;-)
